Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Most items ship within 4-5 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
What if my order is not in stock?
We try to keep our website updated. However, sometimes an out-of-stock or discontinued item is not marked immediately. You will be notified via email the status of the item. Your credit card will not be charged.
How do I return an item?
We hope that you are satisfied with your order and would like to accommodate changes if needed. We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the item except for glassware and ceramics. Your credit card will be reimbursed less the original shipping cost once we have received the item in its original condition.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses within the state of California are charged 7.75% sales tax.
What is the standard shipping time?
Items that are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS generally take between 5 and 10 business days. Please be aware that you should add our processing time to this equation.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. Standard delivery is by UPS Ground Service and takes approximately 5-10 business days. Faster delivery methods may be requested for an additional fee. We substitute USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) for those customers with P.O. Boxes and other exceptions.
Minimum Order
We require a minimum order of $10.00.
Store Hours and directions
Our store is located in the heart of Downtown Napa and open Mon-Sat 10am-6pm, Sun 10am-5pm.
From Hwy 29, take the 1st Street exit to 2nd Street - turn left- to Jefferson St.-turn left- to Clay St.-turn right- Clay St. will dead end at the Napa Town Center. Parking is available in garage or on street. NVE is located next to the Visitors Center.
